The AMA Calistoga Half Mile National, July 31, 2010, Napa Valley Ca., the first West Coast Dirt Track National since the 1999 Sacramento Mile,  is a team effort of some of motorcycle racing's most devoted and experienced Promoters, Racers, Businessmen, Fans and Associates.

Bob is the visionary driving force behind the creation of this inaugural event. For over 40 years, Bob has been involved in motorcycle racing in a vast array of roles from racer to business entrepreneur (if you own a T-shirt from nearly any AMA Grand National event over the last 25 years... you probably bought it from Bob) and now race promoter!  Bob recently stated “We want to make this an annual event, building it over the next couple of years to be one of the “must do” weekends for the American motorcycling family.”

Ray Abrams, A&A Racing, Sponsor:

A&A started in 1961 by brothers Ray & Bill Abrams, the focus then was  mainly on go karts. It wasn't long however until their love of motorcycles took over.  In those days, being involved in racing was pivotal to their success. As Ray's involvement in racing grew, he saw the need to branch out and provide race components to the masses. In 1984, the opportunity to be more closely involved in dirt track racing came through racing tires. The next twelve years would find A &A traveling the whole Grand National circuit providing tires and service to the racers as well as providing a hospitality suite to series sponsor Camel. Ray and A&A Racing are still heavily involved in the progress of flat track racing.
